Static, Multipage, or Fully Dynamic — Which Website Tier Do You Actually Need?

The most common mistake we see when a business shops for a website isn't underspending — it's overbuying. A three-page static site gets scoped as a twelve-page dynamic platform because "we might need it later." That "later" often never arrives, and the business pays for CMS complexity it never uses.

Start from what the site has to do today

If your site's job is to exist — to be the credible landing spot someone reaches after a referral or a search — a static, few-page presence does that job completely. It's fast to build, fast to load, and there's nothing to maintain.

If you're publishing regularly — offers, blog posts, seasonal content — you need somewhere to put that content without asking a developer every time. That's the point where a blog-integrated, multipage setup earns its cost.

If you have someone on staff who should be able to edit pages directly — swap images, update a menu, add a listing — without touching code, that's when a CMS-backed build justifies itself. Not before.

The honest version of "it depends"

We structure pricing in three tiers for exactly this reason: so you can match spend to actual need instead of guessing. If you're not sure which one fits, that's a five-minute conversation, not a sales pitch — get in touch and we'll tell you honestly, including if the answer is "the cheapest one."
